Do you offer gift cards?

At this stage we do not, but we are working on getting a gift card option put in place over the next little while. Keep an eye out on our website, or sign up to receive our newsletter and be the first to find out.

What are the payment options?

We offer both online payment and in store payment options. If ordering online then this is done trough our secure Debit/Credit card portal at completion of your order. If you come and visit us in store, then we accept Cash, EFTPOS and Visa/Mastercard. At this stage we do not accept Diners or American Express.

What is your return policy?

If you have received the incorrect product, then please get in touch with us and will arrange to get the incorrect item collected and ship the correct product, but we double and triple check every order before it leaves our shop. Any return must be unopened, undamaged (both packaging & product) and in original condition. Please get in contact directly if you feel that the product needs to be returned and we can talk to you about it.

Can I book a Groom for my dog online?

As every dog is different and we don't want to have delays for other customers, we are not offering an online booking service at this stage, but we are working on making this available in the future.  You can send us a message or request through our Contact Us page and we can discuss what you are looking for.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The delivery time depends on what region you're sending to. 


Within Auckland: 1 - 2 Days

North Island (Outside of Auckland): 2 - 3 Days 

South Island: 2-3 days


For areas that are Out of Service or Rural please allow a further 2-4 days on top
